FBI Director Kash Patel Engaged to Country Singer Alexis Wilkins!

FBI Director Kash Patel is engaged to country singer Alexis Wilkins, with the couple announcing their happy news on Sunday [1, 2]. Wilkins, 27, revealed the engagement by posting a photo on social media showing off her new diamond ring alongside Patel, 46 ^[1].

“Went and got the law involved,” Wilkins quipped in her post, which Patel later shared with heart and diamond ring emojis ^[1]. The couple reportedly met at a friend's event in Nashville in 2022 and began dating in early 2023.

Wilkins previously discussed their relationship and age difference on the "Megyn Kelly Show," saying she was drawn to Patel's honesty and character ^[1]. Like Patel, Wilkins is a conservative figure who has hosted a show on Rumble.

Wilkins, who released her debut album in 2023, is also a political commentator ^[2]. Her website states that she "honors country tradition while adding relevance and current commentary".

Patel has faced criticism regarding his use of government aircraft for trips without clear law enforcement purposes ^[2]. One such instance, according to The Independent, involved using an FBI jet to fly to a pro wrestling event in State College, Pennsylvania, where Wilkins performed the national anthem. After the event, Wilkins posted photos of the couple smiling, with her holding an oversized golden championship belt.

Wilkins also performed at an event on the National Mall, part of the America 250 celebration, which was billed as President Donald Trump's Great American State Fair. Other artists reportedly withdrew from this event after learning it was not a non-partisan celebration ^[2].
