Kim Kardashian and F1 Reporter Make Up After Viral Snub

Kim Kardashian and Sky Sports reporter Martin Brundle have officially mended fences after their awkward encounter in Monaco went viral in June ^[1]. The reality star, currently in Singapore to support her boyfriend Lewis Hamilton at the F1 Grand Prix, was seen smiling and joking with Brundle during a grid walk, a stark contrast to their previous tense exchange ^[2].

When Brundle approached her for an interview, Kim playfully asked, "Did I not know the rules, did we get off on the wrong foot?"—a direct reference to the incident that sparked online backlash ^[2]. Brundle laughed it off, responding, "No, it’s absolutely fine, lovely to see you again at a Grand Prix".

The conversation turned to Formula 1, with Kim calling the sport "amazing and wild" and admitting she’d never experienced anything like it before ^[2]. She also expressed confidence in Hamilton, saying she was "praying for the best" and that he was "very confident".

The incident in Monaco had drawn criticism, with some viewers accusing Kim of rudeness after she appeared to ignore Brundle when he introduced himself and asked how she was enjoying the race ^[1]. Brundle later joked about the moment, saying, "Okay, Kim and Khloe, so we're not talking today" ^[2].

Back in Singapore, Kim turned heads in a vibrant pink, high-neck qipao-style dress, drawing attention as she made her way to the Ferrari garage ^[2]. Brundle even made a playful jab on camera, quipping, "I did try once," referencing their past interaction. According to one source, Brundle made this comment ahead of the Sprint, though the claim has not been confirmed by other outlets.

The reconciliation marks a notable shift in tone, showing Kim’s willingness to engage publicly after the controversy ^[1]. The couple’s romance has been a frequent topic this year, with Kim increasingly visible in the F1 paddock.
