Katie Price's Ex Kieran Hayler Faces Child Rape Trial, Denies All Charges

Kieran Hayler, the ex-husband of reality star Katie Price, has arrived at Lewes Crown Court to stand trial on charges of allegedly raping and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl [1, 2]. The 39-year-old denies all charges against him ^[3].

The alleged offences are said to have occurred between June and October 2016 at Price's former home, dubbed the "Mucky Mansion," in West Sussex [1, 3]. Hayler was married to Price and living at the property when the incidents are alleged to have taken place ^[1].

Hayler faces three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault ^[1]. The alleged victim, now 23, is not related to either Hayler or Price's extended families and cannot be named for legal reasons [1, 3]. Police have confirmed she has received support from specially trained officers throughout the investigation [1, 2].

Price, 48, is expected to be called as a witness during the trial, according to the Mirror [2, 3]. The trial is scheduled to last for nine days ^[3]. Hayler's representative previously stated that he "strongly denies the allegations made against him in its entirety" and is cooperating with the police, looking forward to his name being cleared [1, 3].

The court heard that Hayler allegedly told the 13-year-old "not to tell anyone" [5, 6]. Hayler, a former stripper and reality TV star, met Price in 2012, and they married in 2013, later divorcing in 2021 [1, 3].
