Halle Berry, 60, is making headlines again—not for a film, but for her fierce legal stand in a high-stakes custody battle with ex-husband Olivier Martinez [1]. Amid claims of abuse, Berry has fired back with court filings, calling the evidence 'eerie' and 'misleading' [2]. The Daily Mail reports she’s fighting to reinstate joint custody and has completed a mandated parenting program. These 10 photos capture her sharp confidence and radiant presence, proving she’s still the star of her own story.
